I am not currently accepting new clients. As a therapist, I value empathy, non-violent communication, and practical, evidence-based solutions to the myriad problems we face in our everyday lives. I am passionate about providing trauma-competent care to support healing and restoration in my practice. Clients seek me out for support in identity exploration, navigating change, and making sense of past and current experiences. Traumatic events and ongoing life stressors can leave us feeling disoriented and destabilized. I employ a variety of treatment modalities to support clients in recalibrating and establishing balance in their lives, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have completed Gottman Level 1 training. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (license no. 34009897A) . I have a Bachelor’s Degree from Radford University and a Master of Social Work from Indiana University.
